Ohau Gravels Pinot Gris
Up the Coast North of Wellington in Horowhenua, local viticulturist Kate Gibbs identified that the river gravel soils of Ohau were similar to some of the better sites in Marlborough. The climate is also very temperate, lending itself to production of white wines with intense primary fruit flavours.
- Variety: Pinot Gris

Tasting Notes :
The attractively expressed bouquet shows Turkish delight, guava, fresh summer peach, and a touch of apricot. The succulent palate is plump and fleshy with tropical fruit, luscious pears and a juicy, apricot finish.
