Delivery around Kuta, Seminyak, Denpasar, Canggu is free.
Delivery for the rest of Bali is IDR 25,000. However, if you order 6 or more bottles delivery will be free.
We are online only with no retail store. But your wine will be delivered quickly. If it's super urgent, message us after the order and let us know.
Orders placed before 5 PM will be delivered on the same day to the greater Seminyak, Canggu, Denpasar area. In many cases, your wine will be delivered within 2 hours of you placing your order. Orders placed after 5 PM will be delivered after 9 AM the following morning.
Deliveries to rest of Bali will happen once a day (shortly twice) at around 10 AM the following morning.
Unfortunately hotel and resort security wouldn't allow us in without being a guest. You can however, meet the delivery at the checkpoint. Please note that if you require delivery to a hotel or resort we will need to contact you to make a delivery arrangement. If we cannot contact you prior to dispatch we will need to cancel your order with full refund.

We try our best to keep it cold! However, due to the Bali heat we can't guarantee it will stay cold during delivery. Under these circumstances we suggest putting it in your freezer for 15 mins to get it down to the temperature you desire.
Our margins are already slim so that all our customers can get the best value for money. However, if you email ieuan@baliwinedirect.com with your order, we will arrange a discount code just for you.
