Michel Lynch is a Bordeaux brand created by Jean-Michel Cazes, whose family is also behind the famed Château Lynch-Bages in Pauillac. Our vision is to make wines that embody the classic style of Bordeaux and appeal to the modern wine lover.

Our Michel Lynch Rouge is a classic Bordeaux blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Smooth and balanced, it is an approachable red that shows the elegance of the region at an everyday level.

Color: Deep ruby red with purple reflections

Nose: Ripe aromas of blackcurrant, plum and black cherry, with subtle notes of cedar, vanilla and spice

Palate: A medium to full-bodied palate with flavours of dark berries and plum, supported by supple tannins and gentle oak. Well balanced, with a smooth, lingering finish

Serving temperature: Drink at 16ºC to 18ºC (61ºF to 64ºF)

Food pairing: Recommend with roast lamb, grilled steaks, duck and hard cheeses
