A moreishly refreshing Chilean chardonnay that is perfect for food, showing bright, tense Limarí fruit with a dry minerality from the limestone soil. Fermented briefly in 228-litre and 600-litre barrels, only 20% new, leaving a tiny hint of oak and letting the crystalline fruit shine.

Tasting Notes :

Big honey, floral, butterscotch, nutty lees, spicy, seashell aromas. Fresh, crisp, elegant, slightly austere palate with garlic, orange, nutty lees, spicy, honey, butter, pineapple and green apple flavours. A bit warm and tart on the finish but very solid styling for food.
