Quebrada Seca, about 25km from the Chilean coast on the northern bank of the Limarí River, is a cool spot with a high limestone content in the soil, which produces a fine and linear style of chardonnay. Barrel fermented, mainly in used barrels, this is taut and mineral, and improves with age and decanting.
