70-year-old vines from the village of Prémeaux (directly south of Nuits-St-Georges) made by one of Burgundy’s leading young winemakers, Alixe Millot. This is concentrated and structured with the perfect balance between vibrant acidity, firm tannic structure, and generous, complex aromas of ripe, crunchy blackcurrants, blackberries, and cherries, violets, tarragon, sage, licorice, and vanilla. A profound wine that matches classic Nuits-St-Georges.

Style Notes :

  • Variety: Pinot Noir
  • Origin: France
  • Locality: Cote De Nuits Villages

Tasting Notes :

An attractive and expressive bouquet red berries, wet earth, rain forest, camp fire smoke, floral and potpourri wafts from the glass. Excellent intensity and richness of red berry fruits, medium bodied flavors, integrated earthy mix of forest floor and ends with a lengthy finish. Very good quality and charmingly delicious.
