Genesis Merlot
The Merlot is scented with blueberry, spicy sandalwood, cinnamon, and leather. On the palate, it's rich and creamy with dark cherry, maple, cocoa, and a note of orange zest. Pair with roasted rack of lamb with herbed demi-glace, grilled steak with shallot/lemon butter, eggplant Parmesan, or caramelized fig tart with honey and bleu cheese.

Tasting Notes :
Genesis Merlot has a bright ruby-violet color. The wine has intense notes of ripe red fruits, plum and pepper hints. Its tannins are sweet and velvety. Has a long and lingering finish.
