Domaine La Bastide Saint Dominique Chateauneuf du Pape is made from a blend of 80% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 5% Mourvedre and 5% Cinsault. The terroir is mostly sand, with some galets.

Purple with black reflections. Rich and elegant nose with notes of black cherry, blackberry, then vanilla, smoked and cocoa. Fresh attack with a powerful structure, which develops silky and fleshy tannins. Finale makes greedy with its toasty flavours of cocoa.
