Récolte, the French word for “harvest”, is a hand-harvested, barrel-fermented Chardonnay made from the finest selection of Domaine Serene Estate fruit. The pinnacle of our Chardonnay program, we combine the right clones, meticulous pruning, and dry-farmed vineyards on Jory soil to coax this noble grape into producing a wine of elegance, brilliance and poise.

Our finest bottling of Récolte yet, the 2012 vintage unfolds with aromas of vanilla shortbread and ginger, mingling with bright notes of white flower, apricot and kiwi fruit. On the palate, crisp yellow apple skins and opulent lemon curd speak to its perfectly intertwined structure and elegance.
