Shiraz and Merlot grapes are separately converted into wine by fermentation. During the process of fermentation, flavor extraction and color extraction takes place. The wine is matured in French oak barrels for one year after which they are then blended in proportions of 70% Merlot and 30% Shiraz.

Tasting Notes :

The blend shows an abundance of cherries, cranberries and sweet plums. A soft and silky palate with hints of chocolate and spice. Rich meaty dishes or/and vegetarian stews.
