Nose of honeysuckle, celery, peach, apple and pear with lots of minerals. Thin to mid body, super salty entry over thin golden fruit, fresh steely acidity, hyper salty mineral gravel, bitter florals in quince. Long lingering lightly bitter floral finish with apricot and a dash of lychee.
