Our Cape Discovery Cabernet Shiraz Merlot is a three-grape blend that combines the structure of Cabernet Sauvignon, the spice of Shiraz and the soft, plummy fruit of Merlot, making a rich yet smooth red for any occasion.

Color: Deep ruby red with purple hues

Nose: Ripe aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry and plum, with notes of black pepper, spice and a touch of vanilla

Palate: A medium to full-bodied palate with flavours of dark berries and plum, lifted by peppery spice. Soft, rounded tannins lead to a smooth, lingering finish

Serving temperature: Drink at 16ºC to 18ºC (61ºF to 64ºF)
