Our Delicioso is a Merlot-based red, positioned a step above Dolce Vida in the range. It is a smooth, generous red made for relaxed enjoyment at the table.

Nose: Rich aromas of ripe plum, black cherry and blackberry, with notes of chocolate, spice and soft vanilla

Palate: A medium to full-bodied palate with flavours of dark plum and cherry, framed by soft, velvety tannins and a hint of oak. Smooth and generous, with a lingering finish

Serving temperature: Drink at 16ºC to 18ºC (61ºF to 64ºF)

Food pairing: Recommend with grilled steaks, roast chicken, pasta with meat sauce and semi-hard cheeses
