Domaine du Clos des Poulettes is a Burgundy domaine whose name comes from its Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru, Clos des Poulettes. Our vision is to make wines that express the character of the Côte d'Or and appeal to the modern wine lover.

Our Bourgogne Blanc Côte d'Or is the domaine's white at the regional level. Fresh, elegant and finely balanced, it gives an approachable introduction to white Burgundy.

Palate: A medium-bodied palate with flavours of citrus, orchard fruit and a touch of minerality. Balanced acidity and a subtle creamy texture lead to a clean, elegant finish. Alcohol 13.5%

Serving temperature: Drink at 10ºC to 12ºC (50ºF to 54ºF)
