Nose: Ripe aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry and plum, with notes of cedar, spice and a touch of vanilla

Palate: A medium to full-bodied palate with flavours of dark berries and cassis, supported by soft, rounded tannins. Smooth and well balanced, with a lingering finish. Alcohol 13.5%

Serving temperature: Drink at 16ºC to 18ºC (61ºF to 64ºF)

Food pairing: Recommend with grilled steaks, roast lamb, burgers and hard cheeses
