Here, whole bunch pressing makes for an interesting sense of freshness and pronounced mineral drive. Fruit is interlaced with fresh herbs, flowers and spice, all supported by a firm structure which warrants some ageing.

Floral notes (violet and peony) together with spicy ones (cloves and nutmeg). Very spicy on the palate, round and thick. Dense and digestible tannins.
